kcmshell: General code cleanup

- Remove unused includes and link libraries
- Simplify how KPageDialog::FaceType is determined
- More efficient and shorter way of converting the arguments from the
  CLI to a QVariantList for the plugin loading
- Make it C++ only since we only have one simple class with one
  constructor
