Rename KPluginSelector.qml/KPluginDelegate.qml to PluginSelector.qml/PluginDelegate.qml

For all of the QML files importes from KDeclarative's org.kde.kcm, the
files don't start with a "K" either.
With "as"-statements in the import, one could still get the namespaces
behavior.
