SettingHighlighterPrivate: Declare QQmlParserStatus interface

Fixes build warning. Apparently it was not even supposed to work without
this declaration:

> warning: Class SettingHighlighterPrivate implements the interface QQmlParserStatus but does not list it in Q_INTERFACES. qobject_cast to QQmlParserStatus will not work!
