Do not install dummy plugins, use kcoreaddons_add_plugin

This way we can load the plugin from the build dir after running
`export QT_PLUGIN_PATH=$QT_PLUGIN_PATH:$PWD/bin`

By using a different ID for the plugin, we ensure that the dummy
plugins do not get filtered out in KPluginMetaData::findPlugins
