Extract interface of KBlocksGraphics

I want to bring KBlocksItemGroup under test. To do this, it is
inconvenient to instantiate it with a KBlocksGraphics object. Instead,
I have extracted the interface and will create a MockGraphics class
which will fake the Graphics object.
