Removing soversion from KBibTeX Part

As noticed by Christophe Giboudeaux when reviewing packages
for openSUSE, KBibTeX had soversions for its KPart modules.
This is not seen for other KParts and therefore version
numbers get removed from KBibTeX's KPart.
