add KateGlobal::unitTestMode() and ::enableUnitTestMode()

Call KateGlobal::enableUnitTestMode() in ::initTestCase() so
that the tested code is possibly aware of being tested. This
is needed in some cases, e.g. to avoid a blocking KMessageBox.
