Remove KateMainWindow::widgetActivated

We emit viewChanged(nullptr) instead which should be enough. No need
for two signals anymore.

Fixes:
- showing WelcomeView after an untitled doc shows "Untitled" in urlbar
- item activation for widgets in the "Documents" plugin
