Set file tree focus policy to none

Since 78e9fafc the file tree is only navigateable by mouse clicking.

Without this patch if you click on the current item, it will gain focus and let you move the "selected" item around without any way to activate the items. With this patch you can't ever use the keyboard to change the current item and it's more consistent with mouse click only navigation.
