Pause the new message animation when not visible

This is relatively easy to trigger here (opening a QML file) and then runs
indefinitely, no matter whether its visible or not, putting Kate easily in
the top 3 wakeup triggers in powertop.

The animation is now stopped when it either isn't visible or when its
window isn't active.
