External Tools: Add "Defaults" button to tool dialog for factory tools

With this patch, each tool that is shipped by default, an additional
button "Defaults" is shown. Clicking this button, the tool is reverted
to the factory settings (cf. defaultexternaltoolsrc in Qt resource).
