DiagnosticView: fix changed shortcuts not being saved/restored

Steps to reproduce:
- Open the change keyboard shortcuts dialog
- Change "Quick Fix" shortcut, OK
- Restart kate, before, the shortcut change wasn't restored, after, it
  is

Test with KF5.
