GitPushPull: Dont bring up the last command to first place

Instead make it second.

Reasoning:

The most common workflow these days is github style where you work on
branches and push those branches. This often means you are switching
branches. However, our implementation brought up the last command to the
first place leading to a wrong entry selected by default.

Now the last is command is second, which is still very reachable.
