Fix failure to set no-autostart for non-KDE desktops, if no autostart directory exists.

A copy of kalarm.autostart.desktop needs to be created in ~/.config/autostart
to prevent autostarting on non-KDE desktops. If that directory didn't exist,
creation failed.
