Adapt to the Grantlee address model changes

Summary:
The line break handling is a bit messy (splitlines on a sub-property
doesn't seem to work, must be a top-level one), but it makes much more
sense in the templates, as it also allows e.g. a compact print style that
puts the entire address in one line.
