Remove metadata from plugins and enabled checks

We do not visually expose the plugins and do not provide a UI for
disabling certain plugins.
Since all plugins were enabled by default, the behavior will stay the
same unless one manually edits the kactivitymanagerdrc file (but that is
not documented anyway).
