Revert "Remove unused code"

This reverts commit 63a48bdbaebd7069b1a17255b54b9827d800c1b1.

It was requested to be removed from stable as it contains
lots of strings which would waste translators' time.

Hopefuly for 15.08 we can restore some of these.
