Don't change the background color for severe weather conditions on Android

That's a dirty workaround for negativeBackgroundColor and negativeTextColor
being the same in the Material style, and thus icons disappearing.

Will solve itself with 6, when we get to use the Breeze style on Android
as well (without paying the current multi-Mb QtWidget price).
