Remove unused constant from DragPixmapGenerator

`DRAG_THUMB_SPACING` is a left-over from some refactoring in
9ee353f5.

Since `extraSpace` is now directly derived from `DRAG_THUMB_SIZE`, the
unused constant won't be needed anymore.

Test Plan:
Compiles.
