Find/QmlModule: Write and use version in generated qmldir file

qmlplugindump doesn't work if we do not have a plugin, like the file-only qmldir
of the KDeclarative modules.

Also, this allows us to check the versions even when crosscompiling.
If this new key is defined, we do not need to load and QML plugin during the
CMake configuration.
