Query gradle plugin version from Qt 

The version we need is a moving target and changes depending on the Qt version

Instead of hardcoding the version with Qt version checks query it from Qt
parent 634c3ea9
Pipeline #389050 passed with stage
in 13 minutes and 55 seconds
