ECMFindQmlModule: Fix qmlplugindump usage in case QML2_IMPORT_PATH was not exported before 

qmplugindump does not know about the install prefix. Meaning if we do not have the QML modules in /usr, it will say that they are not found, even if the plugins loacted in our install prefix
