Metadata form: Make form labels bold on mobile read-only mode

Previously the form labels shared the same text formatting with the
metadata delegate, which gave a dull appearance and made it difficult to
separate form sections at a glance

We only make the text bold when the form is displayed as a single column
of text, i.e. when the form is in read-only mode and not in wide-mode.
