Flatpak: Reuse existing methods for name and path expressions

Consistent usage of QStringLiteral().arg() also makes code easier to follow.

Note that refToBundleId in FlatpakBackend.cpp is totally mirroring
FlatpakResource::ref(), except that we don't have a resource instance
at the only place where it is called.
