kns: Port to KNSCore::BaseEngine

Adopt the refactoring done in KNewStuff that brings BaseEngine.
It provides a much leaner layer on top of the providers and frees us
from being on the tiptoes as we can interact with the jobs provided by
KNS instead of abstracting them over the interface the KNSCore::Engine
offers.
