rpm-ostree: Fix ostree container support

Improve ostree URL parser for the container use case to support all URL
format for container native ostree cases.

Some operations wiill fail on non-remote transports (oci, oci-archive,
containers-storage) but this is expected as we can not check for updates
in those cases.
