Don't show backend icon or name in compact delegate

There simply isn't enough room for it here; the text can be quite long
and when horizontal space is limited, *something* will get elided too
early, which isn't ideal. Simply showing an icon and no text runs the
risk of not being clear to users (remember that we can't do tooltips on
hover for mobile use cases) and becoming incomprehensible visual
clutter. Probably better to just remove them in the compact view and
live with mobile users sometimes seeing duplicate apps from different
backends with no visual indicator of why there are multiple entries
for them.
