fwupd: Set user agent, and allow following redirects

The default user agent for HTTP requests in Qt5 is "Mozilla/5.0" which,
for whatever reason, is getting blocked by fwupd.org.

Also fwupd.org downloads may respond with a CDN redirect that we need
to allow.
