rpm-ostree: Rework Resource creation and display logic

- Only display important information and remove the missing pieces until
  they are fixed.
- Hardcode some default URLs: Fedora Kinoite is currently the only user
  of this backend so let's hardcode some correct values for licensing
  information and homeage until we figure out a better option.
