Disable --simple-prompt Sage parameter for now

Sagemath 8.4rc is out and https://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/25363 is still not merged. Instead of keeping bumping the version for every new Sage release, disable the code calling --simple-prompt until support is merged upstream.
