Fix LOD0 trying to kill your system by allocating 9k patches 1 MPx each

Well, yes, we collect the LOD0 updates, keep them till the end, and then
issue all of them in a single batch. It is a goot idea to merge them
before posting to the image, otherwise it'll try to allocate image
patches for each of them (when filtering in the scheduler bloats) and
OOM killer will wake up :)
