Clean brushes and presets

BUG:317586
Convert many gih brushes to simpler and lighter gbr files, as same effect can be done using Krita's features (Rotation with drawing
angle or fuzzy and/or Mirror fuzzy).
Update paintoppresets according to new brushes names.
