Renamed Ascension and Declination sensors

The new names were chosen by the painters:

Ascension -> Tilt direction
Declination -> Tilt elevation

Quick tests with older presets showed that old Ascension option
is loaded correctly. Please test the new patch in krita-testing-kazakov.
