Bump the Qt version check to 5.7.0

The QTBUG claimed it was fixed in 5.6.1, but CI's Qt reports 5.6.1 yet
it still crashes, so just move the conditional check to 5.7.0. We can't
remove the check before we can hard-depend on 5.7.0 anyway.
