Overhaul Breeze cursor themes

- Slightly pointier default cursor shape
- Slightly pointier resize cursors' shape
- Increased background color consistency and contrast
- Breeze: #000000 bg, #ffffff fg
- Breeze Light: #ffffff fg, #000000 bg (60% opacity)
- Color changes: Orange > Magenta, Breeze Blue > Teal-ish blue
- Cleaned up the entire file(s) basically. I've removed the duplicated
  shadow effects (so like 70 or so that were the same) and kept it to one,
  named all layer and groups, fixed some alignment problems, among other
  technical changes.
- Changed the directory name of "Breeze Snow" to "Breeze Light" (also updated
  the directory's CMakeLists.txt) to match the current cursor name.
