Revert "applet: Round CompactRepresentation icon to defined icon sizes again"

This reverts commit 26976727.

This is no longer needed now that Kirigami.Icon has gained a
roundToIconSize: property that defaults to true. This makes it a true
drop-in replacement for PlasmaCore.IconItem, so no manual size
shenanigans are needed when porting.
