Add conventional python virtual-env folder to exclude filters

This commit adds exclusion filter entries for the conventional Python
virtual environment folders. By convention, virtual environments
are often created in a directory named "venv" or ".venv" in the root
directory of a project. These virtual env folders generally do not
contain files that need to be indexed.
