Mark FileMetaDataConfigWidget as deprecated 

It has been obsoleted with the inline configuration mode of
FileMetaDataWidget, i.e. since 19.08, see commit c36d6b26
("[FileMetaDataWidget] Allow inline configuration of visible properties").
