Remove QtQuickWidget dependency from trainer.

There are numerous drawbacks by using QtQuickWidget, though
by removing it is not possible anymore to embed the trainer
into a KXMLGUI window. For now the (optional) menubar display
is broken and needs to be implemented again in QtQuick.
