Remove duplicates from list of supported mimetypes in desktop file

Duplicate mimetypes in the desktop file of Ark, which can occur if
several plugins support a mimetype, make desktop-file-validate issue a
warning. Use the CMake command list(REMOVE_DUPLICATES) to remove the
duplicates.
