Fix OverwriteQuery

The modifications dates and file sizes of source and destination files
were missing with KF 5.20.0. This was fixed by using
QUrl::fromLocalFile().

Also updated OverWritequery to use the new KIO::RenameDialog_Options
instead of deprecated KIO::RenameDialog_Mode.
