Port to KStandardAction::DeleteFile

But keep the non-standard Del shortcut (since it's free, no need for
Shift+Del) and the custom `archive-remove` icon (instead of the generic
`edit-delete`).
Still, this makes Ark respect at least the alternate shortcuts set in
System Settings.
