Add initial ideas to have consistent types for matrix commands along with the constraints over the supported types.

This is necessary to make this commands interact properly with other language elements.
The constraints (mainly about the matrix/args size) are given because Analitza is not a dynamic type language
and doesn't support variadic builtin methods (the builtin methods must have a fixed number of args)
