Fix crash when closing Amarok with running CoverFetcher

childBarFinished was called with invalid m_progressDetailsWidget
However also the m_progressMap needs protection. The CompoundProgressBar
needs to be thread safe.

Tests: Change is verified by me to fix the problem.
