JobTracker: redesign of the data structures so that 'int id' is the key

... rather than QString jobName.
Job names (which are in practice pointer addresses) can be reused,
in which case some old entry would get updated, leading to nonsensical
visualisation. Maybe it was also the reason for some QSFPM corruption.
