  Rewrite the collectionsFetched method.
  
  Having parentCollection() now makes it possible to insert dummy collections into the tree
  it the parents of fetched Collections are not there yet.
  
  The dummy collections will be replaced later when the real collection has been fetched.

  without a space, and headers which are folded but don't contain only a single whitespace at the
