Restore API symmetry to the Item jobs by adding an explicit

CollectionMoveJob instead of abusing CollectionModifyJob as
discussed with Steve some time ago. Since collection moving 
didn't work until recently (and thus especially not in 4.2),
this does not break compatibility.
