Add more checks in Akonadi::ItemSync::updateItem

First one is to check if the new item payload was cleared. Second is
to compare the two items remote revisions. If the payload was
cleared or the remote revisions differ return true. The first
requires Akonadi::ItemSync be declared friend of Akonadi::Item.
