Remove the Akonadi::DescendantEntitiesProxyModel and Akonadi::SelectionProxyModel.

They don't add any useful API on top of the K- variants.
I intially thought the headerSet stuff would be useful there, but it's enough to have it in EntityFilterProxyModel only.
