Fix bug in unit-test.

We were calling ITIPHandler::processITIPMessage() with action=
"accepted" for all tests which mean that the "cancel" tests aren't
good.

In fact recurrence-id is still buggy, but will fix it as now the
unit-tests are indicating what's wrong.
